Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 to 4 days  to process your order. Expect an email within [timeframe] to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily, from 11am to 530pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to all countries. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Reefer Madness 775 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For live Animals we have a D.O.A refund or exchanged. Package must be accepted on the first delivery attempt. If Animal arrives DOA a picture must be taken and email sent within 5 hrs of delivery. For dry goods we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at reefermadness775@gmail.com  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
